Educational Disclaimer
All content provided through kaushambimate.com courses and course materials is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

Not Tax or Legal Advice

The German Tax Literacy 101 course, associated Excel materials, and all related content explain how the German tax system generally works for the described profiles. General information about how a system works is not the same as advice tailored to your individual circumstances.

Tax situations vary significantly depending on individual circumstances including employment type, income sources, marital status, residency status, previous years’ declarations, and applicable double taxation treaties. What applies to the course examples may not apply to you.

Consult a Professional

For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed Steuerberater (tax advisor), a Lohnsteuerhilfeverein (wage tax assistance association), or a Rechtsanwalt (lawyer) qualified in tax law. These professionals are regulated, insured, and able to give binding advice.

Accuracy

While we make every effort to keep course materials accurate and up to date with current German tax law, tax rules change. Verify information against official sources (Bundesministerium der Finanzen, ELSTER, your local Finanzamt) before making decisions.

No Liability

Kaushambi Mate accepts no liability for decisions made based on course content or course materials. Participation in courses or use of materials is at your own risk.
